Yes you are lucky, this item is now available in size M and L, because a customer returned these sizes. We have checked it carefully and it’s still as new. Best thing: you don’t have to wait for production to finish, so we can ship it the same day.
THE LAUNCH is an on-demand fashion brand, so all items are only available for pre-order for sustainability reasons. SIZING
The Mona Dress has an oversized fit and oversized cuffs.
Sizes run big. In case of doubt, pick a smaller size.
The model is 1.72 and wears size S.
Not sure about your size? Schedule a fitting at our office in the center of Amsterdam. Note we only have samples to fit, which are size S.
SHIPPING
All parcels within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL and outside The Netherlands with DHL. The shipping costs vary per country and can be found here.
It’s also possible to pick up your package at our office in Amsterdam. In this case, you are not paying any shipping fees.
We will let you know when your package is ready and then you are able to pick it up at Tesselschadestraat 12 in Amsterdam.
RETURNS
Not happy with your item? You can always return it. You are probably wondering, what is going to happen with the items after I have returned it. After we have checked your product and it is still as new, we can make another girl who joined the waitlist happy with the product.
THE LAUNCH has a 14-day return policy: you have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving your order.
