SHIPPING
All parcels within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL and outside The Netherlands with DHL. The shipping costs vary per country and can be found here.
It’s also possible to pick up your package at our office in Amsterdam. In this case, you are not paying any shipping fees.
We will let you know when your package is ready and then you are able to pick it up at Tesselschadestraat 12 in Amsterdam.
RETURNS
Not happy with your item? You can always return it. You are probably wondering, what is going to happen with the items after I have returned it. After we have checked your product and it is still as new, we can make another girl who joined the waitlist happy with the product.
THE LAUNCH has a 14-day return policy: you have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving your order.
